2 cups fluffy cookedStep-by-Step Instructions
Step 1:Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a deep dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
Step 2:Brown the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes until nicely caramelized, then push to the side.
Step 3:Add the chopped baby spinach, roma tomatoes, fresh garlic and aromatics, cooking until fragrant.
Step 4:Stir in the sesame ginger soy glaze liquids, scraping any browned flavorful bits from the bottom of the pot.
Step 5:Cover with a lid and simmer gently on low heat for 12 minutes until tender and deeply flavorful.
Step 6:Ladle into warm bowls and serve warm.
